Describe the bug

context
When I do submit a pull request.

expectation
I expected tests to pass.

bug
But instead Codecov fail on Ubuntu because "No token specified or token is empty".

problem
This is a problem for people creating pull requests.

Reproduce the bug

Submit a pull request.

All operating systems.
