Hi team,

Just share here some stats of my another account. It just got banned for 14 days.

Account is on Pro plan since 30th of March.

Below are the failed job logs for this account:

The prompt which has the ban result is:

My app allows user enter any prompt text. I had managed to moderate text and reduce any banned prompt. Now my app only trigger less than 5 "Sorry! Our AI moderator thinks this prompt is probably against our community standards." errors since this account got created. I thought it is becoming stable now. But just got banned again today.

Since March 30th, I've generated a total of 1,519 images in fast mode with this account. Is it possible I've been using the service excessively? I've experienced bans on four accounts just this month and my app, currently unable to switch to alternative services like Stable Diffusion. Midjourney remains my sole option.

How do others navigate around the bans? I'm at a loss on how to reduce these occurrences. How do those website selling Midjourney API manage these situations?

I am thinking to shut down my app due to repeated bans. I am currently at lost due to server costs + paid ads. Then this MJ API is also not stable enough for me to keep my app running. It is becoming a major stressor, especially when another account gets banned in the middle of the night. 😭
