Hide/toggle save button when hiding checkboxes

IMHO this should be an option. When not displaying the checkboxes one does not know what is being saved or not (for those who care) So after clicking the 'details' the save button should display/toggle.

I do not disagree, but I'm unsure how many toggles we should provide in the settings panel. We understood that we would not be able to create a solution perfect for all needs - especially style-wise - so we decided to go in a developer-friendly route so that the developer can easily modify both the style and the behavior of the consent dialog. This could easily be achieved with a few lines in the JS-file if you would like this behavior right away.

I'll have a look at implementing it, see if it makes sense to include more options for behavior and style.
