Best practice — Blitz + SEOmatic on a site with Cookie Consent

Hi there

There doesn't seem to be a clear answer here or in the docs — if we are running Blitz + SEOmatic on a site with Cookie Consent — what is the best way to implement these three together please?

This would seem to be a fairly common use-case...

This has come up a few times, and we should absolutely add it to the docs.
Have a look at #18 and see if you can get it to work.
