Some pages are documentation, not training. Some are generic collections (e.g., the Zenodo community) that contain training materials as well as other things. And a large number of these are not given a persistent identifier... I suppose this will need revision that goes a bit beyond picking more meaningful titles.

Going through all of them would be a good task for a "Mini Hackathon" online, like with did with the broken URLs
