You'll also need a 0805 10uF and a 0603 .1uF smd capacitors and a 0603 10K Resistor.

The arrow points to where the hole for the mic goes.

Bridge the S and G pad before using and bridge all three (S, G, V) if using module as RIGHT for stereo.
