The citation of the DMR should include the DOI (if avaiable)

The DOI is included in the rendered citation blurb as well as the BibTex now.

@AndyDaniel1 could you check the BibTex download to make sure it's the expected format. The code regarding the DMR BibTex download didn't seem correct before.

There is a doi in the dmr citation but it is the doi of the data package (maybe a misunderstanding) it should be the doi of the dmr. If no doi is avaiable for the dmr, no doi should be included.
