No folding if scene header is first line of file

I followed idealized .fountain files too closely, and assumed that every file would have a title block. Obviously that's not how things work. I failed to account for files that just leap straight into the first scene. In the example below, only the second scene folds:

INT. LAB - EVENING

THOMAS NAGEL
With the flip of a switch, I will experience life in a whole new way!

MINION
I am ready, Master.

THOMAS NAGEL
Now!

Minion flips the switch.  Some machinery sparks to life, lets off a great deal of noise and light, then all goes BLACK.

INT. LAB - NIGHT

A bat flaps about the Minion's head, squeaking.

MINION
Master ... what is it like?
