Thumbnails can be added by user for kaltura and repository items. (Default thumbnail image will be kaltura thumbnail or repository thumbnail)

This should have been brought up sooner. I can make modifications to the audio/video import section in the next revision.

On hold. Users can add thumbnails via Kaltura application. Will follow up when developing workflow for staff.
