Discovered some interesting data available using the Inquiry mode on the remote. - select field number on remote and data is shown on the display. Data includes operating temperatures, fan and compressor speeds and others. I am interested in T3 - the outside coil temperature. I have no interest in power and was wondering if it would be possible to replace the power request query with something that would return T3. Any ideas on a possible TX string?

What AC do you have? Can you take photo of remote and explain how to get that data manually?

It is a Senville SENA12HF - a Midea product. Simultaneously press ON/OFF and FAN SPEED for 8 seconds. a. The remote is now in the INQUIRY mode. Search for SG-RG10-01 for details - I think it is from a Carrier branded Midea equipment. Remote is RG10L

Samsung AR3500 indoor unit with ar12txhqasineu oudoor also works, different procedure but there is inquiry mode on this cheap model also.
