Warning Polygons Missing with AMD GPU

New user to this program, warning polygons are not showing up. There's currently an active tornado warning, and the alert is showing in the "Alerts" box, as well as the text showing when I hover over the affected location on the map, but the warning polygon itself isn't showing on the map. Storm tracks are also not showing, but their data is there if I hover over the location of one.

The issue occurs with up to date AMD drivers on Windows. Older drivers may experience mixed results. Nvidia and Intel GPUs are not affected, nor are Linux users.

This issue was introduced in v0.4.6. For proper warning polygon functionality, you may use:
