Introduction

We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all contributors and participants in our open-source projects. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable conduct.

We invite all contributors, whether new or experienced, and we value and respect your contributions. Our goal is to create an inclusive and diverse community where everyone feels welcome.

Expected Behavior

We expect all contributors to:

  • Be respectful and considerate of others.
  • Use welcoming and inclusive language.
  • Be collaborative and helpful.
  • Exercise empathy and understanding toward fellow contributors.
  • Show patience and courtesy to others, especially when there are differing opinions.

Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of unwelcome conduct based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or other personal characteristics.
  • Offensive comments, whether related to personal characteristics or not.
  • Bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior.
  • Unsolicited attention or any form of unwanted contact.
  • Deliberate spreading of false information or trolling.
  • Any other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional or open-source setting.

Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to Dipto Karmakar. All reports will be treated confidentially. Maintainers are obligated to respect your privacy and confidentiality.

Enforcement

Project maintainers will enforce this Code of Conduct through a fair and thorough process. They may take corrective actions, ranging from a friendly reminder to temporary or permanent bans from the project, depending on the severity and repetition of the offense.
