I think only the official epetition platform makes sense in the context of this app as it can easily be tracked whether it was accepted by the parliament or not. Data is also very structured on the website and updates can be subscribed to via RSS. It's not a core feature though so I think it makes sense to ask whether they can make the data available via some API but if they don't the effort might not be worth it. Actual voting and using the discussion forum will likely not be an option anyway.
