UI Suggestion: Network Hashrate Chart Adjustments

As we know, the PoW hashing algo change around 9/1/2023 massively altered the network hashrate. To people not in the "know" about Decred, it looks like the hash-rate straight up died. This is really bad optics, and it's something I've had people ask me about repeatably.

I don't know the direct solution as this isn't my field, but I humbly request this be given priority attention for the sake of optics and network health to the outside world. (I might add all of our other charts look brilliant.)

Agree with this, even if we just move the decimal a few places to the right and have the charts only show data post algo change it would be a massive improvement over the current state. Anybody doing research is bound to end up confused or assume something is wrong.

The Bull run is arriving and I'd hate for people to run from Decred because the hashrate chart looks dead.
