Link to the page on docs.getdbt.com requiring updates

Per internal feedback, the IDE keyboard shortcut section can be broken down further into tables and improve the page by adding more clear explanation of what the shortcuts do.

Mirna will be working on this and collaborate with @ernestoongaro

Working on this w/c dec 11th

mirnawong1 added a commit that referenced this issue Dec 18, 2023
this pr revamps the keyboard shortcuts into its own page and a table
format. it also moves the tips and tricks page under 'build your dag' to
emcompass cloud and core users since the content is applicable to both.

Resolves #4607
