Catalog query for dbt docs scans all source schemas and times out #62

During dbt docs generate, dbt scans all source schemas (via https://github.com/dbt-labs/dbt-presto/blob/master/dbt/include/presto/macros/catalog.sql) which on larger Presto / Hive installs times out.

Is there a way to just have it scan the tables specified in the source.yml files?
