Manual control doesn't override light sensor #37

Need manual control to override the light sensor because the laser is more easily aimed when the ambient light is low.

Quick fix for issue #37

Add `!bt_connected && `in tests for going from active to dark mode. Seems a little simplistic, maybe there will be unexpected consequences, but it seems to be working for now, at least.
