I was wondering if it's possible to run a differential splicing analysis with continuous independent variables, not with categorical variables. That's to look at how the PSI change with this continuous variable. Also, it seems that the definition of function differential_splicing() is not shown in the scripts of leafcutter_ds.R. Could I have any clue on how to fit Dirichlet multinomial model, please? Thank you so much.
