[FEATURE]: Linting to check for dbutils.credentials.assumeRole in a notebook running as a workflow

Problem statement

dbutils.credentials.assumeRole is not supported in UC and was used previously to access cloud storage. With UC, cloud storage should be access using external location.

Proposed Solution

Linting should be able to identify notebooks which contain this function and put this in assessment result so that the customer knows that this is a code change needed to migrate to UC.
