Uninformative error message when attempting to register an already-taken DPNS name #2377

Expected Behavior

Should say something like "this name is already registered"

Current Behavior

Error: Protocol error: unknown version error result did not have metadata

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Just try to register any name that is already registered
