Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Gochujang sauce
- 2 small cucumbers or 1 large cucumber
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- Chop the cucumbers into 1/4 inch rounds
- Sprinkle the slices with salt
- Wait 10 minutes and pat dry with paper towel
- Mix gochujang sauce, vinegar, and sugar
- Toss the cucumbers into the mixture
