Gochujang Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Gochujang sauce
  • 2 small cucumbers or 1 large cucumber
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Chop the cucumbers into 1/4 inch rounds
  • Sprinkle the slices with salt
  • Wait 10 minutes and pat dry with paper towel
  • Mix gochujang sauce, vinegar, and sugar
  • Toss the cucumbers into the mixture
