Feature Request - Support for mod_booking, delete all bookings on recompletion

Now, if a user is reset, the bookings remain and when there is a max number of bookings, they keep others from booking even though the user will not attend those events. Could recompletion add support for removing bookings in the same course with mod_booking (maintained by Wunderbyte)?

Hi there, this isn't likely to be something I spend time on as a volunteer, but if you have internal development capabilities, feel free to send through a pull request and I'd be happy to consider including it.
