Remove wallet from CYB #178

We can support any wallet that uses BIP-39 standard, it is better than develop custom solutions. For this feature we need to:

develop own keystore (user needs just one seed phrase for all chains)
cryptoidentity functions (usernames, passwords etc.)
working signer

For now we should remove cyb and eth wallet functions from cyb (send tokens, import accounts)
