Implementation process:
EDS questionnaire didn't save correctly
EDS asked for holdings twice, once for customlinks and once for Holdings Management.
EDS package list for both seemed old/not updated
Dueling recommendations from support on a) if we should have them load customlinks or not and b) if we should use full text finder links instead of customlinks.
Admin settings:
Can't right click and open a new tab (example when looking at packages in Holdings Management and wanting to compare)
Cannot get a full csv file of all of our packages. Expect csv file with Package Name / Vendor / Package Type / Proxy Server Setting / Status / Allow EBSCO to Select New titles / Content Type / Number of Available Titles by Content Type / Number of titles selected /Default URL/ Notes
Inability to search by package name and then a) check a box for EBSCO MARC b) check a box for activating related index database
Metadata settings:
Standard packages not showing up (maybe because not as many libraries subscribe?)
Full Text Finder Links having old syntax
