Different exceptions depending on which "store" & different periods

Hey!
Thanks for making this awesome code!
Would it be possible to somehow let different stores (multiple stores) to have different exceptions? Like some stores would be closed one date and the other one would be open etc.

It also would be cool if eg one store had a different type of open hours a set period/dates of the year (eg closed every weekend except in jun-aug) or something like that. I would be great!
