更新 netifd 与 dnsmasq

建议更新 netifd 和 dnsmasq 组件
新编译的固件netifd组件总是自动重启。在某些需要dnsmasq的插件上，报dnsmasq版本低于2.90。
希望大佬跟进，更新netifd与dnsmasq组件。
