したいこと

現状アクセス時にサーバでプリレンダリングする #41 が不完全なため、投稿されたスコアが検索に表示されない
meta の description にコードの情報を記載することで、検索エンジンが見れるようにする

期待できる結果

投稿されたスコアが Google 検索で表示されるようになる

実装メモ

スコア以外のページも、タイトルと同様にページ遷移ごとに設定する必要がある
