This is currently just a tracking issue for the 1.0 project. Once new-connect is more fleshed out, we can make some concrete TODO issues.

Some states we'll have to handle:

openpilot log corruption: segment not 60s, missing segments in the middle, etc.
missing pipeline outputs: no thumbnails, no gps coords, etc.

For all states, we want a defined experience, an easy way to visualize it, and ideally a CI test.
