Added French support; removed Instabug

This release comes with two changes:

1. Support for the French language.
2. Instabug has been replaced with a standard email system. This is due to Instabug's new pricing model that only allows a single application. That single application will be Anglers' Log for iOS.

Bug fix

A hotfix for #298. There was an issue with the CMAWeatherDataView height calculation that caused it to overflow into the next cell.

Major bug fix for certain locales

User's whose locale used a comma as a decimal point rather than a period were unable to input decimal numbers without crashing the app. This has been fixed. In addition, all decimal numbers are correctly displayed in the user's current locale.
