Enhance Feedback Page: Add 'How Did You Hear About Us' Option & Improve Styling with Interactive Elements

Here I would like to add the option of How did you hear about us so that the feedback can be enriched along withy it I would like to improve the overall styling of this page by including creative lines and creative fonts and even enlarging the emojis when u hover over them so that it is more expressive and much more

Please I request you to allow me to resolve this issue as i have uniquely identified this issue by myself as it is my first time contributing as a developer so i would extremely grateful to contribute in your esteemed project .
