In some cases the version of Python in created codespaces is different than the one used by the rules engine. The readme for rules engine should have how-to instructions for this scenario.

Thanks for pointing out @jkwan2011 ! Agreed - using miniconda saves a lot of time.

I think we should probably also add to the readme how to create a codespace with a custom configuration, i.e. specifying the Rules engine dev container configuration if working on the rules engine and Heat stack otherwise, before creating the codespace. More here.
