BTW, in Apple Music on macOS, the lyrics will light up/darken at a more "precise" time, so in some less common examples, it can light up more lines at the same time, or even separate lines, as in the image below. |

The feature you would like
In some songs with duets, Apple Music offers more detailed lyric support to show the lines being sung at the same time, as in the video below.

In Cider, however, these lyrics are displayed incorrectly, with the next line being displayed after the previous one has been sung, resulting in the latter being displayed for too short a time.
So I hope Cider could show these lyrics like Apple Music does.
Alternatives and Other Information
If this is not possible, please at least show the next lyric at the beginning.
