playlists disappearing shortly after being made

Describe the Bug

Anytime i create a new playlist, if i either close and reopen the app, or wait about a minute, the playlist will disappear. it shows up on apple music on my phone just not on Cider

Steps to Reproduce

created a new playlist and then refreshed the app

Try enabling "Legacy Playlist Fetch" in Settings > Advanced, some regions have weird API behavior that can prevent the fetching of playlists at times.
