Issue description

zsh completions aren't loaded when entering a nix shell

Steps to reproduce

$ nix-shell -p gopass
$ gopass<TAB>

No custom completion given.

host os: Linux 5.5.13-arch2-1, Arch Linux, noversion
multi-user?: no
sandbox: yes
version: nix-env (Nix) 2.3.10
channels(root): "nixpkgs-21.05pre282880.5268ee2ebac"
channels(chisui): "nixpkgs-21.05pre283554.d9448c95c5d"
nixpkgs: /nix/var/nix/profiles/per-user/root/channels/nixpkgs
