Automatic refresh or reload of document

This may already be a feature that exists and if so I would love to know. I'm using glow to view the markdown of a document I'm working on, and would like to have it reload the document when I save changes to the markdown file. Is there a way to automate this rather than backing out and reopening the file?

What about jumping into $EDITOR from glow? I'm surprised that "v" does not work.

Thanx for that, should be in "glow --help" imho (EDIT does not work on my current version: 1.4.1) however I stumbled over the E)xamine command by trying "E" :P
