sccp_manager module is not signed by FreePBX

When the sccp_manager module is loaded into FreePBX we get a nasty error message at the top of it:

Unsigned Module(s)
Details
Module "SCCP Manager" is unsigned and should be re-downloaded

According to https://sangomakb.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FP/pages/10617484/Module+Signing+Integrity+validation

"Anyone may request their key to be signed by the FreePBX Master Key. The current list of requirements, excluding the Indemnification clauses that are in the Key Signing Agreement are below

Modules must be Open Source (GPL compatible via Various Licenses and Comments about Them- GNU Project - Free Software Foundation"

As a request could we get the develop.zip module signed or at least Legacy-v2.tar.gz?
