Description

This is a super issue collecting the indvidual changes we want to make in the next major version of terra-dev-site.

Update to terra-application v2

Update to react-docgen 5.0

• Update to react-docgen 5.0 #229
• This requires updating the minimum node version we'll do node 10.

Convert terra-application dependency to a peer dependency

Render MD components via mdx instead of marked

Eliminate the dev-site-config/build folder
