This should do the same thing as for Literature https://github.com/inspirehep/inspire-next/blob/b3c29cca33b66056b52402313f5b3b8f7ed79dad/inspirehep/modules/workflows/tasks/actions.py#L948-L978

We have to add a step in the airflow to nomilize the as it's on the https://github.com/inspirehep/inspire-next/blob/b3c29cca33b66056b52402313f5b3b8f7ed79dad/inspirehep/modules/workflows/tasks/actions.py#L948-L978, we can add it after building the record here
