cdnjs/tools/fixFormat.js is a small tool to help clean up libs' pacakge.json, remove the key-values and fix the format to what we want, it'll be good to call that tool before commit package.json!

@PeterDaveHello Can we make a cdnjs-tools package where to store such scripts and then we can require them in random apps?
