Is it possible to export only the "by me" playlists, where the logged-in user is the creator of the playlist?

Also, and that seems achievable in the same function, to export only selected playlists that contain a keyword?

In other words, a filtering system that can be accessed by -- options, that selects only certain playlists before export?
