However the only file that looks like IP Filter is %userprofile%\AppData\Local\qBittorrent\filter\ipfilter.dat - and it is dated 2009 year. It does not update after import. One can simply delete it - no new file appears after IP Filter import.
So what is the catch? Where IP Filter is "imported" and stored?

Just trying to understand how IP Filter import feature works in Windows client.
I am trying to import rules from http://upd.emule-security.org/ipfilter.zip after unpacking - and qBittorrent says the rules were imported succesfully.
