typo in PDF, but not in HTML

I noticed a minor typo only in the PDF, not in the source file for the English 1.2 version.
Under the header Usage Die, the PDF on page 8 it says "....aUsage die" <- there is a space missing.

that's weird ; I confirm the bug, but I can't figure out how it happens. The text is fine, the HTML is fine, but the PDF shows an incorrect letter spacing. :/

I saw this, too, in several places. I had the feeling that sometimes spaces are missing immediately before or after "bold" (surrounded by double asterisks in MD code) parts of the text (that appear just like the regular body text) in the PDF version.
