Sputnik has a bunch of tests that seem like they should fail, but I'm not sure what they do with the harness, e.g.

test262/test/suite/sputnik_converted/08_Types/8.3_The_Boolean_Type/S8.3_A2.1.js

Which has as the body:

true = 1;

Which fails to parse.
