How many teachers are implementing now or plan to implement Bootstrap from a particular cohort (cohort here = 2024)? How many will never implement?
For those not yet implementing but plan to, how many will implement later this school year? Next school year?
How many teachers in a cohort do we have no implementation status for?

Use sankey chart for these?

For those not implementing, how many aren't implementing for common reasons such as barriers within school or district, not a teacher, no good reason?
It would be very useful to be able to filter the above for specific a partner and generate a report by teacher with implementation information. (rough draft from last year here)
