standardize how we make nonessential projects discoverable from within lesson plans

As I'm removing project-logo and project-functions, from the lesson-order.txt file, I'm needing to surface them from a lesson plan.

I'm realizing that the OG strategy of using strategy boxes somewhere in the lesson plan might not be the best way?

That strategy predates my time on the team.

We built infrastructure to auto-included them in the materials table and teacher resources pages through @project and @opt-project directives.

This automation disappeared when the projects became lessons and got linked with @lesson-link.

It didn't matter in 2024, because all but the unpolished projects were linked from course pathways.

Now that they are there own lessons, I wonder if it makes more sense to surface them directly in the materials table, like this?

Adding this to our next curriculum team agenda.

@flannery-denny I think we addressed this in our meeting on Tues and agreed with your proposal - not sure if there is any more work to be done, since that proposal was in your commit?
