Install Visual Studio.
Open build/CoiniumServ.sln in Visual Studio.
Build the project using menu; ~ Build / Build Solution (F6).
Run the project using menu; ~ Debug / Start Without Debugging (F5).
You can find the CoiniumServ executable in bin/.
