[Camera Support]: Weird issue - Frames not received, check error logs with Imou cameras #14570

Describe the problem you are having

Okay so for preface, I have 3 Imou cameras (2 Imou ranger, 1 imou bullet); their names in frigate are as follows: aaron_room, imou_garden, living_room. When I try viewing aaron_room or living_room in home assistant it'll show a screen that says "Frames not received, check error logs" for like a second then it'll show my camera footage. After 5 or 10 seconds it'll then show this error:

Also when this issue happens I see some logs in the frigate log but I can't make sense of what the cause of the issue could be, I've attached these logs in the log section.

This error only happens with aaron_room and living_room camera, which is surprising because aaron_room and imou_garden are the same model with the same settings so I'd expect the issue to also happen on that camera but no.

What I tried:

I tried removing the "ffmpeg:aaron_room#audio=opus" and "ffmpeg:living_room#audio=opus" from the troublesome cameras thinking it might have been some codec issue (I still have no idea what the issue is) but the issue didn't get fixed.
I also tried removing my substream and making detect and record run on the main stream thinking maybe the cameras couldn't handle two streams at once but that didn't fix it.
I also suspected that the cameras being on wifi would have caused the issue but that suspicion was taken down because the stream plays perfectly fine when using VLC.

Also if it helps, this issue wasn't there before and started recently. I have a feeling that the issue started when I was trying to (and successfully) get audio working from my cameras on frigate. Any help would be appreciated as I've honestly exhausted all my options here and I'd do anything just to get them all working properly again.

I tried to get an output by running ffprobe 192.168.1.142 but I'm getting a 'No such file or directory' error.

The issue is the camera is timing out, you can try adding #timeout=30 to the end of each go2rtc stream definition
