Edit of Existing Entry does not show change upon SAVE until a second edit is performed and Saved #13069

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to any password record and click on the Edit button
  2. Make a change to any field, including the TITLE field
  3. Click on the Save Icon.
  4. The displayed record does not reflect the changes made
  5. Click again to the Edit button
  6. Click on the Save button.
  7. The changes finally show up.

Expected Result

I would expect to see any changes when editing an existing record displayed immediately upon SAVE

Actual Result

When first saved, the displayed record doesn't show the changes made.
