Deleting an event or task does not push

Adding or editing events pushes very quickly which is super nice but deleting the event does nothing until you manually refresh or push some other addition or edit (but not deletions).

This happens in both Etar and Tasks.org.

App version is 0.0.1, DAVx5 is 4.4.3.2-ose.

This is because Nextcloud does not actually delete events directly, but moves them into the trash bin first.
dav_push technically worked correctly with deletions, but only if you went into the trash bin and fully deleted the event.

I just added support for push messages when an event was moved to trash (or restored from trash) in !6f48bfe so this can be closed now and it should work as expected.
(the fix is not included in any release yet).
