After enabling the app from the app store and pressing "refresh list" in davx5, the following error appears in the nextcloud log:

Undefined array key "errors" at /var/www/html/custom_apps/dav_push/lib/Dav/SubscriptionManagementPlugin.php#131

Nextcloud: 29.0.5 in Docker
DavPush: 0.0.1
DAVx5: 4.4.2-gplay

Thank you for the bug report.
I will try to get that fixed, but as far as I know this error does not affect functionality, so it is not my highest priority.
